Neurographics is a modern psychological method aimed at working with the psyche through graphic expression, figurative thinking, and conscious attention.
HISTORY OF THE METHOD
The neurographics method was created in 2014 by psychologist, philosopher, and thought architect Pavel Mikhailovich Piskarev.
In creating this method, Pavel Mikhailovich set himself the task of finding an environmentally friendly and effective way to work with unconscious processes, which would allow a person to transform internal states gently, consciously, and without pressure.
Neurographics arose at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, the Gestalt approach, philosophy, and systems thinking.
During the research, it was observed that graphic movement—lines, shapes, connections—directly influences mental state, helping to reduce stress, find new solutions, and form new neural connections. Thus, drawing became more than just an image, but a tool for awareness and transformation.

Neurographics is based on the principle: "What we can depict, we can understand and change."
The method allows one to work with the psyche in a language that it understands naturally—through image, form, and movement, bypassing the resistance of logical control.
Neurographics is used to work with:
goals and intentions,
anxiety and fears,
relationships,
intrinsic value,
states of uncertainty,
personal and professional growth,
works with internal conflicts,
helps to master new states,
integrates different parts of the personality,
forms the internal structure and support.
The method is suitable for both individual and group work.
Neurographics is the original method of Pavel Mikhailovich Piskarev and is transmitted through a system of training and certification.

I work within the framework of a pure school of neurographics, adhering to the methodology, principles, and ethics of the method, which is confirmed by the relevant certificates.
Purity of the method means: respect for the author, safety for clients, and depth of the result.
Neurographics is not just drawing, but precise work with the psyche and consciousness.
